Through a mindful movements and strength based, you'll cultivate both physical and mental resilience in a supportive, welcoming space. Join us and take a step toward a stronger body and a calmer mind! 💪🧘♀️✨ The total class cost for the month is $94.50 ($90.00 + GST $4.50). You must commit to all 4 weeks.
