Dayna is a registered physiotherapist with qualifications and a particular interest in Pelvic Health
Physiotherapy. Dayna received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of
Toronto. Dayna has worked with people of all ages in pelvic health, pediatrics, neurological, and
orthopaedic physiotherapy. She also has experience working with all genders and sexual orientations in
her pelvic health practice as well. Dayna is passionate about empowering her clients to take control of their health and rehabilitation, and works with each client to build treatment plans that align with their busy schedules. She combines her clinical expertise with a compassionate approach to provide personalized client-centered physiotherapy services and believes in creating a comfortable and supportive environment where you can feel heard and empowered on your journey to reaching your goals! Your treatments with Dayna will include education, manual therapy techniques, and exercise-based approaches to guide you on your path to feeling like yourself again.
