Dayna practices the Balance System or Balance Method. This involves palpation for finding the acupoints or imbalanced channels and choosing corresponding meridians in points in all four limbs to create a dynamic flow to target imbalances. It requires no points to be used the area of pain or injury, making it a gentle treatment that happens to be highly effective. I have found this to be very useful in treating sensitive clients or those who have had reactions to other treatments.
