nutrition with the Nutritional Therapy Association (Olympia, WA), the East West Centre (Toronto), and herbal medicine at Dominion Herbal College (Vancouver) and the Hanna Kroeger’s School of Natural Healing (Boulder). Dean’s interest in food and healing is lifelong, and he enjoys working with others with nutrition and natural approaches to help them attain optimal health.
