Pumping shouldn’t hurt or feel confusing — let’s make it work for you. A specialized, hands-on session designed to make pumping more comfortable, efficient, and effective. You’ll have the opportunity to try different flange sizes and styles in a private, supportive setting using your own pump. We’ll assess fit, output, review pump settings and techniques, and create a personalized pumping plan tailored to your goals. You’ll also receive a comprehensive pumping eBook and direct links to recommended products used during your assessment for continued support at home. Ideal if pumping is a part of your feeding journey or it feels uncomfortable, output is lower than expected, or things just feel “off."
