Deb has over 28 years experience working in rehabilitation settings. Deb graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1992 with an Honours
Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Deb has a keen interest in hydrotherapy, complex functional and spinal injury rehab. She has completed many post-graduate courses in Kinesio taping, Soft Tissue Release, Bone Fit for managing osteoporosis, concussion management and more.
Outside of work Deb, enjoys time on the water with family and friends.

Individualized programs within a group setting offered in a warm pool which increases circulation and healing. Buoyancy of the water decreases stress on joints and muscles, thereby reducing pain and increasing range of motion. Each session lasting 60 minutes.
