Deborah has 20 years of experience as a Integrative Energy Therapist with many modalities. Her passion is to help others reconnect with their inner self. During the birth of her first child, she was in a coma for 2 weeks and crossed over to the other side. This experience gave her a clearer understanding of her purpose and path in this life. She is also a two-time cancer survivor with a lust for life.
Our life-force can be affected by underlying stress, grief, adrenal fatigue and environmental toxins. She focuses on clearing the energy paths within us to allow our bodies to work at its full potential. When our energies flow, our vibrations rise optimizing internal body function, grounding and healing and leaves us with a greater sense of being centered. She has worked with mentors in all areas of her practice and her native roots. Her life experiences have given her the ability to connect with clients on a mental/emotional, physical and spiritual level.
She specializes in Energy Therapy and Reiki. Integrative Energy Therapy (IET) is a safe, gentle, nurturing way to empower and balance your life by helping you increase your sense of well-being, life purpose, happiness, creativity, and health. Through Energy Therapy, you heal the body by activating its natural healing energies, and by restoring energies that have become weak, disturbed, blocked or out of balance. Being grounded helps you physically, emotionally/mentally and spiritually. Deborah combines these modalities that will help you ground, align, and balance your energies to move freely through your body.

Expect to move through gentle poses and natural breathing at the start and then be taken through gentle sun salutations, mobility challenges, and flows that clear all of the cobwebs away. This class is an opportunity to reconnect to your body, give yourself the ability to observe and settle your thoughts, as well as have a giggle or two.
