As a second-generation South Asian-Canadian, my lived experience of having navigated the values and norms of two distinct cultures uniquely positions my insight into the struggles and inner conflict silently endured.
Life transitions, casteism, colourism, dating as a South Asian, separation and/or divorce, infertility, grief, depression, and anxiety are my areas of counselling focus.
