Deja is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, with a strong foundation in movement, performance, and rehabilitation. Prior to becoming an RMT, she worked as a personal trainer, where she developed a deep understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention, and helping individuals build strength and confidence in their bodies.
Her treatment approach bridges the gap between clinical care and recovery-focused bodywork. Deja incorporates evidence-informed techniques such as myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), fascial stretching, and Swedish massage. She also offers instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and hot and cold stone therapy to support tissue healing, improve mobility, and enhance overall recovery.
With a background in spa-based relaxation massage, Deja brings an intuitive and calming presence to each treatment while maintaining a results-driven, therapeutic focus. Whether you are working toward specific performance goals, recovering from injury, or simply looking to move and feel better, she tailors each session to meet you where you are.
Deja is passionate about helping clients stay active, resilient, and connected to their bodies. Her goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, empowered, and confident in your movement and recovery journey.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her mountain biking, road cycling, skiing, running, and strength training, or exploring the outdoors with her husband and their dog. Deja's love of movement continues to shape how she treats, helping clients return to the activities they love, stronger and more capable.
