Providing care to clients in Kingston, On and surrounding areas
Massage therapy has been part of my life for almost 20 years. Over that time, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, and I now focus much of my practice on supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the fertility journey — while still welcoming anyone seeking massage for stress relief, pain management, or general wellness.
I originally practiced in Bowmanville for 15 years before relocating to Kingston, where I’ve continued to build long-term relationships with clients. One of the most rewarding parts of my work has been seeing how people change from week to week — how they sleep better, feel less discomfort, or simply move through their day with more ease.

**By Referral Only** Swedish Massage is a type of massage that involves muscle kneading, squeezing and stretching, friction, and trigger point work. The techniques and pressure levels used depend on the individual's needs and comfort level during each session. Add cupping for no additional cost. Cupping massage lifts skin and muscles with suction cups, boosting circulation, decreasing tone (tightness), easing pain, reducing inflammation, and improving flexibility. Cups are placed for 5-15 minutes, leaving temporary marks that fade. Ideal for pain relief and recovery. Limitations during pregnancy, ask RMT for + info.
I’m currently welcoming new non- prenatal/ postnatal clients by referral only. Please contact to book and include your referrer’s full name (person or clinic). Thank you!

This treatment addresses the physical symptoms that arise after labour and during nursing. The focus is on the chest, upper back, and neck to relieve the strain caused by nursing and carrying. Although your body is readjusting to its pre-pregnancy posture, you may still experience lower back and hip pain due to carrying.

Regular prenatal massages during pregnancy can offer a variety of benefits. Not only can they help you relax, but they may also alleviate insomnia, joint pain, neck and back pain, leg cramping, and sciatica. Additionally, they can help reduce swelling in your hands and feet (as long as the swelling is not a result of preeclampsia), relieve carpal tunnel pain, and alleviate headaches and sinus congestion. This treatment is suitable at all stages of pregnancy. During the massage, you will typically lie face down on your tummy in a pregnancy pillow, but in later stages, you will lie on your side to accommodate your growing belly. At any time, the pressure and position can be adjusted to make you as comfortable as possible.
*Not recommended during pregnancy. By integrating heat into the treatment, Hot Stone Massage allows for deeper muscle work and improved tissue pliability. It’s particularly effective for easing chronic muscle tension, supporting circulation, and promoting a quicker return to comfort and function.
This 30-minute treatment is perfect for children ages 4-12 years The general benefits of relaxation, decreasing muscle tension and pain, or increasing mobility can apply to any age group. Massage is especially beneficial for active children because it releases muscle tension, maintains good posture, and maintains flexibility. Massage can also help manage the symptoms of anxiety, reduce stress, and, over time, improve sleep. Children may choose to have their parents sit in during treatment or give them privacy, but parents are required to stay on the premises while their children are being treated.
I recommend choosing a slightly shorter treatment for a child 4 to 5 years coming in for their first treatment. Some little ones find 30 minutes too long so it's great to start with a 20-minute sample and then they can decide if they would like a longer session in the future.
