I was raised on the Bruce Peninsula right here in Oliphant and moved away after highschool to return in 2020. During my years away I graduated Fitness and Health promotion with honors and pursued a career in the field until furthering my education in Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. The two certificates merge beautifully to make my treatments more rounded and targeted.
I really enjoy treating work/exercise based injury and sending you home with rehabilitaive exercises. As a former athlete I have experienced many injuries, training regimens and therapy myself which all contribute to my knowlege and use in the clinic. I have taken an extra Cuppiing and myofascial release course.
I used to enjoy my time travelling abroad until having my two kids now I spend my time enjoying them and our family in the outdoors.
