I'm a Reiki Master and Registered Reflexologist with a deep passion for helping people

overwhelming, I offer a peaceful space for healing, balance, and renewal.
My approach is rooted in ancient healing traditions — like Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head
Massage, and the gentle yet powerful Telpus Energy Healing — brought together with modern
understanding and deep compassion. I also specialize in a sacred therapy known as Black
Pearl/Amygdala Release, a profoundly relaxing and restorative technique that calms the
nervous system and supports emotional well-being.
At the heart of my work is kindness. I truly care about each person I work with, and it’s my
intention to support your journey to wellness — whether that means easing physical tension,
soothing emotional stress, or simply giving you a quiet moment to breathe and come back to

This service can be done alone or added on to any other service as it only takes about 25 mins to complete a session.
This Japanese energy healing technique aims to promote relaxation and stress reduction, with the intention of supporting the body's natural healing abilities. It helps to balance your energy which in turn calms the mind and body. As a side note, this is a great option for someone who may not like to be touched as it can be performed with hands just hovering within the person's energy field.
