Denise studied massage therapy at Humber Polytechnic and precedingly, received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from York University in Toronto, Ontario. Within her current practices, her specialty services include Aromatherapy and Perinatal massage.
In her treatments, Denise uses a selection of hands-on techniques to provide care that is intentional, therapeutic and calming—stimulating the body and mind alike, and understanding that less is sometimes more. Whether addressing muscle tension, myofascial trigger points or overall mental and physical wellness, she is dedicated to supporting her clients as best as she can.
