I love mentoring and teaching continuing education to fellow RMTs, sharing infant massage with new families and supporting parents and caregivers through workshops and one-on-one sessions as a certified CPST (Child Passenger Safety Technician).
My approach is relaxed, inclusive and focused on meeting you where you’re at - whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury or surgery, looking to relax or learning how to move or challenge your body.
