Derek's journey into health and wellness started on the gymnastics mat. As a young competitive gymnast, he learned firsthand the importance of recovery and taking care of the body.
Today, he combines his experience as a **Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a Certified Personal Trainer** to help clients navigate the ups and downs of physical well-being.
