Destiny is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the West Coast college of Massage Therapy.
Her goal is to provide personalized care to assist each patient in reaching optimal health. In order to provide long term resolution, she looks for the root cause of your particular problem while addressing symptoms for immediate relief.
She uses a variety of techniques and tailors each treatment to your specific individual needs. Her current methodology contains a mix of Swedish techniques, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue modalities, and Neuromuscular Facilitation techniques. She has a passion for injury rehabilitation and prevention and experience working with a broad range of patients, including athletes, pre and post natal, motor vehicle accidents, and those with overuse injuries or postural dysfunctions. Her approach uses soft tissue manipulations during treatment, combined with stretching and strengthening recommendations as home care, to achieve optimal therapeutic effect.
