I work with individuals aged 16 and older, including NIHB clients.
My areas of specialty include:
- Trauma, including EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy work
- Substance misuse, including personal substance use or navigating the impact of a loved one’s substance use
- Chronic illness and health concerns
- Post-secondary/young adult concerns, including stress, procrastination, and burnout

- Life transitions, including relationship changes, entry/exit from work and school, becoming ill, becoming a parent

Many people come to therapy looking for a safe place to untangle what feels heavy, confusing, or painful. My goal is to offer that space — a place where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself.
I take a gentle and compassionate approach, and I also pay close attention to the body in the healing process. So often, our bodies carry what our minds can’t — like tension, numbness, or a sense of being stuck. By noticing and working with these patterns, we can release what’s been held inside, ease overwhelming emotions, and create a stronger foundation of safety and resilience.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, past trauma, relationship struggles, or simply a sense of disconnection, I’m here to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll explore your experiences — both in your thoughts and in your body — so you can move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and whole.
I have worked in private, post-secondary, and community settings for the last eight years in a therapeutic capacity. My formal education is in neuroscience and counselling psychology, as well as yoga instruction, all of which helps me to integrate many different layers of the human experience. I’m so glad you are here and I look forward to connecting with you!
