I am a BCAK Registered Kinesiologist with a passion for movement. My goal is to support the local community in building strength, mobility and resilience through evidence-based movement. I have a passion for strength and conditioning, exercise, and kettlebell training. My unique approach is grounded in the fundamentals of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and neuroscience. Through targeted, structured movement, I help address muscle imbalances, strength deficits, joint limitations, movement compensations, and overall physical function.

Athletic Therapy Assessment & Treatment.
Happy Backs is an introductory class exploring the fundamentals of movement, mobility, and strength to help you build a strong, capable, and resilient back.
Kinesiology examines body movement to pinpoint limitations like stiffness, weakness, or imbalances through targeted assessments in each session. From there, we develop specific exercises to enhance strength, stability, and injury recovery, enabling freer, more confident movement in daily activities or sports.
Build strength and stability from head to toe using bodyweight-based sequences designed to challenge every major muscle group. Expect functional, controlled movements that enhance strength, endurance, and resilience.
