I'm a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people recover from injury, build confidence in their movement, and return to the activities that matter most to them. I completed my Master of Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in Scotland after earning a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, where I developed a strong foundation in human movement, exercise science, and evidence-based rehabilitation.
I've always been passionate about sport, beginning with gymnastics at a young age before playing soccer, American football, and eventually lacrosse. My experience across different disciplines of sport and exercise sparked my interest in how rehabilitation can help athletes recover from injury and return to the activities they love. These experiences shape my approach today, helping me understand where each patient is physically and mentally throughout their rehabilitation, and guiding the progression back to the activities that matter most to them.
My treatment approach centres around education, patient-led goal setting, and progressive loading to help patients achieve meaningful, long-term results. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or looking to improve your physical performance, my goal is to help you move with confidence and give you the tools to return to doing what you enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy strength training, playing sports, and spending time outdoors camping or hiking with friends and family.
