Zero Balancing is a gentle but powerful hands on bodywork system. One lies on a massage table fully dressed in loose, comfortable clothing. Gentle pressure and traction is placed in key joints and other bony landmarks to release areas of deeply held tension. During a ZB session people may feel a stillness of body and mind lending to feeling open and relaxed. ZB can help relieve body aches and pain, release restrictions in movement and provide lasting relief from emotional distress to improve overall quality of life.
