iean Divanbeigi is a proud graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy, having completed her studies in 2022. She continues to advance her knowledge and skill through various modalities as she is a strong believer in continuous education.
Being that Diean has lifelong experience in dance, gymnastics, and martial arts (earning herself a black belt in Taekwondo), she has witnessed the tremendous impact of massage therapy in both athletic and casual settings. By applying the skills she acquired through clinical treatment settings during her training, Diean has treated individual cases ranging from acute to chronic injuries, including post-operative care and rehabilitation.
Diean believes that using a combination of manual therapy and exercise is vital for rehabilitation. She uses techniques such as stretching, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, joint mobilizations, lymphatic drainage, and acupuncture to support recovery and overall well-being
