Reflexology is a holistic therapy that is based on the principle that there are reflex points on our feet that correspond to our bodily systems, organs, tissues and glands. By stimulating specific areas of the feet using acupressure and massage, I am able to stimulate specific parts of the body and bring your body to its homeostatic state: the balance needed for healing and improved function.

Reflexology and Reiki Combo: This unique combo starts with the Reflexology session, stimulation your physical bodies organs and systems, finding the stress and blockages areas, putting your body in physiological balance and overall calm. The physical findings which mirror your energy field are then used in the proceeding Reiki session during which the energy flow is restored, energy blockages removed and chakras are balanced. One session complements the other for ultimate healing, release and relaxation.
