This unique combo starts with the Reflexology session, stimulation your physical bodies organs and systems, finding the stress and blockages areas, putting your body in physiological balance and overall calm. The physical findings which mirror your energy field are then used in the proceeding Reiki session during which the energy flow is restored, energy blockages removed and chakras are balanced.
One session complements the other for ultimate healing, release and relaxation.

Most of the appointment is spent mapping out what’s going on in your body and choosing points, then resting with fine needles in place for a stretch — sometimes with heat, cups or electrical stimulation — and you leave with a sense of what was treated and whether more sessions make sense.
