Don has felt connected to the Dundas community since starting at McMaster in 2009 and feels privileged to be able to provide care to the health conscious people of Dundas and the surrounding area. Don is a father of two young girls and enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, trail running, functional fitness training, camping and anything that gets him into the fresh valley air.
Don completed his Masters of Physical Therapy locally at McMaster University. Prior to this, Don completed his undergrad in Health Studies at University of Waterloo. Throughout his degrees he worked as a strength and conditioning coach. In the fall of 2015, he gained Fellowship status in the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT). He has taken additional courses in acupuncture, soft tissue release, therapeutic taping, blood flow restriction therapy and strength & conditioning as it applies to rehabilitative populations. With a primary emphasis on education and exercise, Don incorporates manual therapy and soft tissue techniques to guide people along their individual paths to recovery.
