Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

This treatment may take anywhere from 30-45 minutes. Includes: Reassessment of main complaint and adjustment to treatment plan as required. Treatment may include Acupuncture needles in combination with other modalities. Children have the option to have legal guardians present for part or full duration of treatment.

The initial consultation is approximately 60 minutes. Aimee will discuss your health concerns and ask questions in order to develop the most effective treatment plan for your individual needs. The treatment may include acupuncture, cupping, qua sha ,tui na, electical stimulation techniques, moxibustion, dietary or herbal suggestions. Children under the age of 16 must have legal guardian present for the full initial consultation.

Follow-up appointments are designed to continue supporting your skin as it evolves. We will build on the progress made, continuing to address your original concerns while also making space for any new changes you may be noticing. Each treatment includes a thoughtful combination of facial and body acupuncture points to support circulation, balance, and overall vitality. Your session is often enhanced with gentle facial cupping and Gua Sha, encouraging movement, tone, and a natural, healthy glow.

NADA traetment protocol is a specialized combination of auricular Acupuncture points, also referred to as Acudetox. NADA is performed by placing 5 thin, sterile, single-use needles in your ears. The needles are left in place for 20-25 minutes.
