Private one-on-one gentle movement sessions that support the release of held trauma in the body, both emotional and physical. This can often show up as pain, anxiety, depression, headaches, digestive issues, acute and chronic illness, relationship disharmony and emotional overwhelm. In this way, these sessions can be used to support and augment counselling and other therapies. Join Sara in this beautiful, nurturing gentle movement sessions where she holds space for you to identify, observe, accept, and release (if ready) anything that’s holding you back from living your fullest life. Life experiences get trapped deep into our cells and to be released they need to be “moved” out of the body. Come be held and supported as you connect to your divine essence, your truth, as you move these stuck energies through and out of your body. As we start to feel, we begin to awaken and heal. This initial session is focused on getting to know you, your medical and surgical history, and your concerns or symptoms. You will discuss how hormone changes can affect your health and explore potential treatment options. After the appointment, our nurse practitioner will review any existing bloodwork or imaging and order relevant diagnostics. You will receive requisitions for required testing and instructions, ensuring that our nurse practitioner has a complete picture of your health for follow-up discussions. *Please do not book Session 2 until you have completed all testing requested in Session 1. **Tracey’s services are not covered by insurance, but blood requisitions are covered through AHS, and medications are covered through your insurance provider. If you have a Health Spending Account, her services may be covered under your plan, but you need to contact them to verify if her services are covered. If they are covered, you will need to pay, and then submit your invoice to the provider.

Our nurse practitioner will discuss your treatment options, which could range from lifestyle adjustments to complementary and alternative medicine options (such as acupuncture or supplements) and pharmacotherapy (including hormone therapy). This session is all about personalizing your treatment to what makes you comfortable. A new blood requisition will be sent for your next set of tests prior to Session 3. *Please do not book Session 3 until you have completed all testing requested in Session 2. **Tracey’s services are not covered by insurance, but blood requisitions are covered through AHS, and medications are covered through your insurance provider. Approximately three months after Session 2, you’ll meet with our nurse practitioner to assess your progress and discuss the next steps in your care journey. You will review your treatment plan, discuss your second set of bloodwork, and refill any required prescriptions. This is a check-in to ensure your treatment is effective and to make any necessary adjustments. Another blood requisition will be sent for your next tests before Session 4. *Please do not book Session 4 until you have completed all testing requested in Session 3. **Tracey’s services are not covered by insurance, but blood requisitions are covered through AHS, and medications are covered through your insurance provider. Six months after Session 3, you and our nurse practitioner will review your third set of bloodwork and discuss how your treatment plan is working long-term. You will have a check in on your symptoms and overall health and fine-tune your plan to ensure it continues to support you effectively through your hormone journey. Hormone levels will be monitored to ensure your treatment remains aligned with your needs and prescriptions will be refilled. Another blood requisition will be sent for your next tests before Session 5. *Please do not book Session 5 until you have completed all testing requested in Session 4. **Tracey’s services are not covered by insurance, but blood requisitions are covered through AHS, and medications are covered through your insurance provider. If you have a Health Spending Account, her services may be covered under your plan, but you need to contact them to verify if her services are covered. Six months after Session 4, you and our nurse practitioner will review your fourth set of bloodwork and discuss how your treatment plan is working long-term. We’ll check in on your symptoms and overall health, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continued support through your menopause journey. Since hormone levels and symptoms can continue to change, we’ll typically schedule your next session in six months, though you can always contact the clinic if a review is needed sooner. **These services are not covered by insurance, but blood requisitions are covered through AHS, and medications are covered through your insurance provider. If you have a Health Spending Account, her services may be covered under your plan, but you need to contact them to verify if her services are covered.
