Euphoria Wellness is now accepting MVA claims. We request that those wishing our services see their physician and be accepted with a claim number for coverage for massage. The first treatment will be 75 minutes as it will include a full history and evaluation. Cost for the first treatment is $130.99 with subsequent treatments at the current clinic price depending on the length of the treatment. All clients with an MVA claim will need to sign a form which states that the claimant is responsible for keeping track of their coverage as it can be used on massage, physiotherapy and chiropractic. If the treatment amount exceeds available funds the individual is responsible for the extra cost that can not be submitted.
