Donna Hudon is a Registered Massage Therapist with over five years of additional Osteopathic training. She uses an osteopathic approach to treatment, engaging the body as a functional unit with the intent to offer lasting change.
Donna attended West Coast College of Massage Therapy and practiced for several years as an RMT. Recognizing that there was much more to learn about the human body, Donna enrolled in the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2004 and completed the 5th year classes and exams in 2009. She has yet to complete a thesis for her DOMP designation.
Using a blend of various techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilization, visceral manipulation, and cranial osteopathy, Donna uses a holistic osteopathic methodology to uncover patterns of strain that run through the entire body.
Donna involves clients through education, assessment, and reassessment to measure progress and support long-term rehabilitation.
After 21 years of practice as an RMT in Whistler and Vancouver, Donna is pleased to be back in her hometown serving the people of Penticton.

Craniosacral therapy utilizes the lightest pressure to have deep impact on the nervous system and fascia. This technique is not traditional massage, but can help many of the same issues clients usually come to RMT's for. This treatment will be done with the client fully clothed.
