Donna Keller is a dedicated Foot Reflexologist who transitioned from a career as a ballroom and Latin dance instructor after discovering Foot Reflexology’s benefits in 1991.
Following a serious car accident, she pursued formal training in Reflexology in 1996 with the Ontario College of Reflexology and has since expanded her expertise with advanced techniques to assist others achieve optimum health benefits through Reflexology. Donna has voluntarily contributed to the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario as a long-standing board member and committees in helping promote the benefits of Reflexology throughout Canada. She has since completed Reflexology Teacher Training and advocates for the health benefits of Reflexology.

If you have never had a foot reflexology treatment before, this is the perfect introduction. While it may appear similar to a foot massage, reflexology is a distinct therapeutic practice where pressure is applied to specific points on the feet to support whole-body balance and relaxation. This treatment helps improve circulation, support lymphatic flow, and release tension, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and restored. This treatment is intended for those who have completed the Initial Foot Reflexology Treatment, and is ideal for those suffering from mobility issues stemming from the feet. Structured foot reflexology combines traditional reflexology principles with specific techniques to release areas of muscle and ligament strain in the foot and lower leg to restore comfort and function, helping the bones of the foot find their normal alignment, and realign and reduce compensations throughout the body by improving foot movement and balance. Patient will be supine for approximately 75 minutes, then prone for the remainder of the session. *Please let us know if you need a Reflexology insurance receipt.*
The Full Circle Renewal is a restorative, two hour full-body escape which includes hot stone therapy, and scalp & facial massage.
