I personally witnessed the effects and benefits of massage therapy, and was inspired to learn more. I graduated from Everest College Registered Massage Therapy Program in 2013.
I truly believe that massage therapy is an important part of your overall emotional and physical health.
I have enhanced my training through continuing education courses and workshops, learning techniques that include massage and manual therapy, positional release, trigger point therapy, TMJ dysfunction therapy, Indie Head Massage, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy. I use these techniques to assess and treat the body as a whole, and additionally provide rehabilitation exercises such as stretching and strengthening, and patient education.
I am committed to helping to alleviate pain and to restore and maintain balance and function of the body as a whole.
I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

This hands on therapy addresses the body's holding patterns by working with the cranio sacral system, fascial system, meridian lines and chakras. Encouraging rest to improve the efficiency of the parasympathetic nervous system, the therapist is able to tune into your innate body rhythms. Your therapist will use a gentle touch, blending into your tissue to locate your global epicentre and work from there.

Cerebrospinal fluid protects the brain and spinal cord from trauma, it supplies nutrients to nervous system tissue and removes waste products from cerebral metabolism. Craniosacral therapists assess the cerbrospinal fluid flow, cranial sutures and bone movement, fascial restrictions throughout the head, neck, diaphragm and pelvis. Advanced therapists include SomatoEmotional release techniques which addresses the mind body connection and emotional stasis in the tissue. Intuitive techniques like arcing are utilized to map areas of the body with higher energetic concentrations which guide the therapist to a treatment location on the body. This technique is beneficial in the treatment of headaches, concussions, whiplash, low back pain, vertigo, nausea, insomnia, anxiety, and depression. It is also extremely relaxating so any one can benefit from this treatment, which is our lightest touch therapy. Children and youth respond very well to this therapy and it has been beneficial with those who have learning disabilities and/or restlessness, as the key factor in craniosacral therapy is calming the mind and body. Once the body is in a state of relaxation and rest, healing can occur.

Massage Therapy can be very helpful with the changes that expecting mothers can experience during pregnancy. As a pregnancy progresses and the body’s ligaments start to relax, women may experience added strain on their muscles and joints. Pre-natal massage helps alleviate, hip and low back pain, calf cramping, and upper back and neck tension. Moms can also enjoy abdominal massage in their treatment, helping to soothe the baby and relieve gastrointestinal issues. All therapists are trained in pre-natal massage and can accommodate your changing needs through your pregnancy. You can choose to lay on your side with a body pillow, or on your stomach with the pre-natal pillow.
