Dr. Adarsh Mangat, DC is a patient-centered chiropractor dedicated to helping individuals of all ages move and feel their best. With training in evidence-based spinal manipulation, soft-tissue therapy, and rehabilitative exercise, Dr. Mangat focuses on identifying the root cause of pain and creating personalized, effective treatment plans.
Dr. Mangat has a special passion for working with children, as well as prenatal and postnatal patients, and is continually expanding her knowledge and skills in these areas to better support growing families. Custom orthotics are specialized shoe inserts or insoles that are designed to provide support, correct foot abnormalities, and improve overall foot function. Custom orthotic fitting is a process that involves the assessment, design, and creation of orthotic devices specifically tailored to an individual's unique foot structure and biomechanical needs. This visit includes an assessment of your foot structure, gait, biomechanics, and any specific concerns or conditions you may have. A foam cast of your feet will be taken to help fabricate the custom orthotics. Once the custom orthotics are ready, you will be contacted and schedule a fitting appointment with the chiropractor. We will ensure that the orthotics fit properly in your footwear and provide the necessary support and alignment or make adjustments as needed.
