Dr. Adeline Geng is a chiropractor with a strong foundation in biomechanics and a passion for helping people move, perform, and live better. With a background in both chiropractic care and pedorthics, Dr. Geng brings a comprehensive and movement-focused approach to injury recovery, performance optimization, and everyday wellness. She has worked with a wide range of individuals—from recreational athletes to busy parents—supporting them through acute injuries, postural imbalances, and chronic pain.
Dr. Geng earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and holds a Diploma in Pedorthics, giving her advanced training in lower limb biomechanics, gait analysis, and orthotic therapy. Her academic background also includes a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, and she continues to stay up to date on the latest literature to better serve her patients.
Her treatment philosophy centers around a three-phase approach: reduce pain, identify and correct dysfunctional movement patterns, and build strength to support long-term resilience. She utilizes techniques such as joint manipulation and mobilization, soft tissue therapy, neurofunctional rehab, movement education, and custom exercise programming to create care plans tailored to each individual’s goals.
While her practice is focused on the general population, Dr. Geng also has experience working with athletes in both clinical and sideline settings, giving her insight into the demands of active lifestyles and return-to-play care.
Dr. Geng is fluent in English and Mandarin, allowing her to provide accessible care to a diverse community of patients. She is committed to helping others take ownership of their health through evidence-based care, functional movement, and thoughtful education.
