This consultation is for patients interested in Botox treatment for chronic migraines. You will meet with our injector and Medical Director to review your medical history, migraine frequency, and symptoms to determine if you are a suitable candidate for therapeutic Botox. If eligible, a Botox prescription may be provided so it can be submitted to your insurance for coverage. This appointment is for assessment and eligibility only. Botox treatment is not administered during this visit. The amount of this session will be used toward your future injection appointment.
