This session is for ONTARIO-BASED ONLY (Must be located in ONTARIO at the time of visit). During your initial consultation, we take a comprehensive look at your full health picture—your story, current concerns, goals, daily habits, and the lifestyle factors that shape your wellbeing. In this session, we aim to identify the root causes of your symptoms and determine whether any appropriate lab work or further assessment is needed. From there, we begin to formulate a plan that may include nutrition support, lifestyle guidance, targeted supplementation, botanical medicine, and mind-body practices tailored to your needs. The initial session typically lays the foundation for your assessment, with follow-up appointments essential for treatment, deeper education, continued support, and creating lasting change. I commonly support patients experiencing fertility and reproductive health concerns, stress and anxiety, acne and skin conditions, and digestive issues.
