Dr. Alex Stracey began her studies in Pre-Med at Lindenwood University in St. Charles Missouri before earning bother her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University. With a strong foundation in science and hands-on training, she is dedicated to providing individualized care to help patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
In her practice, Dr. Alex offers a variety of treatment options, including Activator Method, a gentler, instrument assisted approach that is especially well suited for patients seeking a low force technique. She also integrated therapies such as muscle work, laser therapy, and shockwave to support recovery and overall wellness.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Alex is deeply rooted in her community. She enjoys spending time with her family, shuttling her children to their various sports, volunteering at their activities and staying active with simple joys like hiking. Her passion for family and community translates into her care philosophy: every patient is treated with the same dedication and compassion she gives to her own loved ones.

A comprehensive posture and movement assessment using PostureScreen technology. This appointment includes standardized postural photographs, digital posture measurements, a review of your health history and daily habits, a physical and functional assessment, and identification of areas that may be contributing to postural strain and reduced movement. You will receive an individualiPlezed explanation of your findings and recommendations for treatment, exercises and healthy postural habits Please wear comfortable, form-fiting clothing that allows your posture to be clearly assessed. Shorts, leggings, a fitted shirt or athletic clothing are recommended.
A focused 30-minute treatment for patients working on posture, mobility, strength and movement habits. Treatment is individualized and may include chiropractic care, instrument-assisted treatment, muscle therapy, mobility exercises, postural retraining and progression of your home exercise program, as clinically appropriate. This appointment is for patients who have already completed a PostureScreen 360 Assessment or an appropriate chiropractic assessment. New patients should book the PostureScreen 360 Assessment first.
This appointment is designed to objectively measure your progress since your initial PostureScreen 360 Assessment. We will repeat your digital posture analysis, compare your new measurements with your baseline assessment, reassess movement and function, review your progress toward your goals, and update your personalized treatment and exercise plan as needed. This appointment is intended for patients who have previously completed a PostureScreen 360 Assessment.
