Dr. Alexa Saba, ND is a board certified Naturopathic Doctor (ND) with a focus in **hormonal health such as PMOS (PCOS), fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care as well as digestive concerns such as IBS, IBD and SIBO.** With years of extensive training and clinical experience in hormonal health and fertility, Alexa continues to expand her knowledge in order to provide the most up-to-date treatments. Her goal is to empower, educate and support patients to achieve optimal health using evidence based natural treatments.

Alexa graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Biomedical Science in 2011. She then completed her Bachelor of Naturopathy (2015) at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) where she spent 4 years studying how to diagnose and address the fundamental causes of disease. During her final year, she completed an internship at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and Brampton Civic Hospital Teaching Clinic.

An initial fertility visit includes: an in-depth health history and understanding of current health and goals; exploring modalities you may be interested in pursuing to enhance your fertility (supplements, nutrition, acupuncture etc); going over any assessments you have had (imaging, blood work etc) and consider exploring further blood work; provide education around fertility treatments or diagnoses you are feeling unclear about; This booking is appropriate for those looking to improve their health prior to conception, those already trying to conceive and/or working with fertility clinics during IUI or IVF cycles.
