Hi! I'm Dr. Alfredo and my passion is helping people understand how health works in their body. It's not just about alleviating pain and symptoms but rather creating an optimal environment for healing.
I started my long haul of post-secondary studies at the University of Ottawa where I graduated with an Honours degree in Health Sciences. It was hear that I found my love for health, the nervous system and ultimately chiropractic. I then moved to Toronto to get my Chiropractic degree. Shortly after graduation I made the I moved to Nanaimo where I joined a clinic and built up a great practice with some awesome people! But something was missing. I made the decision to make a big move to Vancouver in the spring of 2018. A year and a half later I created Coastal Life Chiropractic as a way to use all my knowledge, skills and experience to best serve my community.
I am a lifelong learner constantly reading and taking course work in the areas of Neurology, Nutrition, Movement and health. I'm an avid Crossfitter and enjoy pushing myself physically and mentally. All of this would not have been possible with out my beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog, Lucy. She has been with me since 2013 and remains a constant joy in my life!

This includes the consultation, examination, digital foot scan, and a follow up appointment for dispensing and fitting of the custom orthotic. NOTE: $150 deposit will be due at this appointment. The total charge will be $475. The remainder will be collected at your fitting appointment

If you are a current patient but have been inactive for 6 months or have a new complaint you would like me to address, please select this appointment.
This treatment type will be only for a shockwave treatment. There will be no spinal adjusting performed at this visit.
