Dr. Alicia Castelhano is a dedicated Doctor of Chiropractic Registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. She holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Health Studies from Wilfred Laurier University and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. Additionally, Dr. Castelhano is a member of both the Canadian and the Ontario Chiropractic Associations.
Her journey into Chiropractic care is deeply personal after experiencing significant relief from a painful injury. Through receiving Chiropractic treatment, Dr. Alicia was inspired to help others achieve similar outcomes.
Outside of her clinical practice, Dr. Alicia values her own health and wellness, regularly receiving chiropractic care to maintain her wellbeing. She enjoys participating in spin classes, resistance training, and taking long, scenic walks. An avid reader with a keen interest in history, she often explores bookstores, libraries and museums in her leisure time.

The Chiropractic Extended Visit is designated for patients undergoing various therapies across multiple areas of the body. This may include Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy (IASTT).
The Chiropractic initial visit is intended for new patients who have not previously visited the clinic. It includes a comprehensive medical history, a physical examination, and the first treatment.
The Chiropractic Reassessment Visit is includes a thorough assessment of a new complaint or examination if you have not been received treatment in over 6 months.
The Chiropractic Subsequent Visit is a 15 minute treatment encompassing spinal adjustments and soft tissue therapy, utilizing a manual technique or a Theragun on a targeted area of the body.
This appointment includes a comprehensive medical history review, a detailed biomechanical assessment, and a scan for custom orthotic fitting.
During this appointment, we will insert your custom orthotics and ensure they fit properly. I will assess your gait to confirm optimal alignment and comfort. We will also take time to discuss how you're feeling with the orthotics, making any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
