I am dedicated to guiding you on your health and wellness journey with a passion and focus on Teen Health, Women’s Health, Fertility, and Hormone-health in general. I also have experience in supporting patients with digestive concerns, pregnancy, fatigue and low energy, sleep concerns, and healthy aging. I aim to provide everyone with holistic, compassionate, and evidence-informed care that is grounded and personalized to each individual I work with.

I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after completing my undergraduate degree at Queen’s University. I am an active member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), and I am registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me spending time with family and friends, attending a hot pilates or yoga class, or curled up reading a novel with a warm cup of tea.
I look forward to supporting you on your health journey and helping you achieve your goals to feel your best!

75-minute Integrated Reiki & Acupuncture for active-care clients (last visit within 6 months). Supports relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Prior initial acupuncture visit required.

An integrative acupuncture session designed to support individuals and birth partners preparing for labour, birth, and the transition into parenthood. Sessions include acupuncture treatment, hands-on guidance for acupressure, breathing techniques, grounding practices, supportive touch strategies, and Traditional Chinese Medicine guidance tailored to the needs of the individual receiving care. This experiential offering includes guided practice and take-home resources to help participants build confidence, practical support skills, and a greater sense of ease during pregnancy, labour preparation, and birth.
