Dr. Amanda Mithrush’s passion for sports and her fascination with understanding how the body works has fueled her desire to pursue a career in health care. As a cum laude graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and a CIS Academic All - Canadian varsity soccer athlete from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University where she graduated with an Honours BA in Kinesiology & Physical Education she was able to combine science and physical health to foster her aspiration for rehab, exercise and living a healthy lifestyle.
In practice, she combines manual therapy, soft tissue therapy/instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription and clinical acupuncture to guide her patients on a path of optimal functioning and well-being. Moreover, she prides herself in being thorough and spending her time with patients to determine the underlying cause of their pain, using evidence-based practice and a tailored treatment plan to help each reach their individual goals.
When she is not taking care of patients, she enjoys playing soccer, playing lawn games and spending time with her samoyed Avy.

If you have seen the chiropractor within the last two years, and have already completed your initial chiropractic assessment, but have more than one complaint, or would like additional services at the time of your appointment an extended subsequent treatment is your recommended follow up visit type. (This may include: acupuncture/ electroacupuncture, ultrasound or cupping plus an adjustment)
A NO - CHARGE 15 minute consultation period to get to meet and discuss how chiropractic can help you. Discuss topics such as learning more about chiropractic, the clinic, and address any questions or concerns you may have. This is a good way to get a feel if chiropractic is right for you without having to book an initial or commit to an assessment right away. This does not include assessment or chiropractic treatment.

The Initial Chiropractic Treatment is your first visit to the clinic for a chiropractic assessment. This will include a detailed history of your condition, a focused examination and a treatment plan for you. This is a 30 minute appointment. I look forward to meeting you! Please make sure you wear appropriate clothing that allows for access or examination to the area of concern or injury.
If you have seen the chiropractor within the last two years, and have already completed your initial chiropractic assessment, a subsequent adjustment/ treatment is your continued follow up visit. This treatment type is good if you have 1 -2 areas you would like to focus on.
Custom orthotics can provide relief for foot, knee, hip, and lower back issues by improving body alignment. Our clinic offers professional orthotic fittings tailored to your unique needs. What to Expect: • Personalized Assessment: We will evaluate your foot structure, posture, and gait using casting techniques for precise measurements. • Prescription Required: Please bring your prescription for orthotics from your nurse practitioner or doctor to your appointment. Ensure you know the shoe size of the footwear you'll use with your orthotics. If you do not have benefits, you can still be fit for and purchase orthotics. Please note, this appointment is for orthotic fittings only and does not include chiropractic treatment.
