At the age of 15, Amelia Fratnik realized her vocation to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Science degree, and then received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the New York Chiropractic College, where she graduated summa cum laude in 1999. After 2 ½ years of practice in Boca Raton, Florida, Dr. Fratnik returned home initially to start a practice in Brampton, followed by her current location at HealthSpan Wellness Clinic in her hometown of Georgetown. She has successfully implemented a style of practice that is unique, comprehensive, and always customized for the individual. She continues to study in post graduate coursework, including sports injury care, custom orthotic therapy, kinesiotaping, and Active Release Techniques®(A.R.T.). She is full body certified and has taken the masters level course in A.R.T.. She is a member of the Ontario Chiropractic Association, and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. She is truly passionate about helping people achieve their health potential through chiropractic!
