Dr. Amrit Sahota holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with specialization in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. She is a registered member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario https://cco.on.ca.
She values taking a multidisciplinary team approach to health care and providing patients with hands on care, at home exercises and lifestyle modifications to aid towards optimizing your bodies well being.
She is a diversified chiropractic and her methods involve the use of Manual Muscle Release therapy, Chiropractic Joint Manipulation, Functional Assessments, Exercise and Rehabilitation, Kinesiology Taping as well Flexion and Distraction treatments. She is currently working on her Pregnancy and Postpartum corrective exercise specialization.
