With a special interest in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care, I believe chiropractic care is most effective when it supports the entire family—laying the foundation for lifelong health from the very beginning.

My training is continually evolving with the most current practices in chiropractic care. I’ve completed extensive coursework through the International Pediatric Chiropractic Association (ICPA), Craniosacral Technqiues and BIRTHFIT, and I’m Webster-certified through the ICPA. My care includes support for breastfeeding and latching, developmental milestones, and helping families navigate the early years with more confidence and calm.

I use a range of gentle, nervous-system-focused techniques—everything from low-force, instrument-assisted methods to light manual adjustments. Adjusting a baby looks completely different from adjusting an adult—there’s no twisting or popping. For infants, the pressure ranges from what you’d use to slide a coin across a table to the gentle touch you’d use to test a ripe piece of fruit. Every adjustment is tailored to the individual, always centered around safety, connection, and comfort.

I believe deeply in the body’s ability to self-heal and grow in the right environment. I’m passionate about empowering you to embrace chiropractic care as a vital part of your family’s wellness—whether that means soothing a fussy newborn, supporting a latch, or simply helping you and your little one(s) feel more at ease in their body.
