Dr. Ana Freire is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor working in Ontario, Canada.
Returning to Canada after having earned her master’s and medical degree at the University of Porto in Portugal, she yearned to broaden her knowledge and bridge the gap in patient care. Wanting to provide a more comprehensive approach to patient management, Dr. Ana embarked on a new journey in Naturopathic Medicine. Health and wellness, to Dr. Ana, embodies not only mere physical health, but also it’s full integration with mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She recognizes that each patient has a unique story, with equally unique health concerns. With a special interest in gut and mental health, she thrives on being able to provide individualized treatment to each of her patients through the use of various tools including lifestyle and dietary counselling, and targeted supplementation.
Dr. Ana Freire is in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO) and is a professional member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND)

This appointment can be used for treatment plan clarification, brief check-ins, or acute concerns. This visit is up to 30 minutes in length.
Book this appointment if this is your first visit with Dr. Ana Freire, ND. During this visit we will dive deep into your present health concerns, health history, and health goals. We’ll discuss what further information or labs might be needed, and an initial individualized plan will be reviewed by the end of the appointment. This visit is up to 60 minutes in length.
This appointment is intended for existing patients. Book this appointment following your initial visit, or if you have not seen Dr. Ana Freire, ND in over 8 months. In this appointment we will review your progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed. This visit is up to 45 minutes in length.
This appointment is intended for existing patients who may require a longer appointment, or for those that have not seen Dr. Ana Freire, ND in over 12 months. During this appointment, we will review any changes to your health, review labs as needed and amend your individualized treatment plan. This visit is up to 60 minutes in length.
