Although I do not live in the Glebe neighbourhood anymore, I’ve spent countless days and hours walking this section of Bank st. I was born and raised in Ottawa, and moved back here in 2019 with my husband to raise my young family (I have two daughters). I do not believe in quick fixes and I will work hard to get to the root of your pain or injury. I use a wide array of treatment modalities from acupuncture and adjustments to proper breathing techniques. I am passionate about movement, bodies and hearing everyone’s story, which means that I am in the perfect career!
