###Education/Background
Born and raised in Ontario, Dr. Watson earned her Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Kinesiology (Rehabilitation Sciences) from Western University and her Doctor of Chiropractic (Cum Laude) from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During her studies she served as team therapist for Western’s varsity women’s field hockey program, gaining valuable experience in injury prevention and performance optimization.

Her additional certifications include the Webster Technique for prenatal and postpartum care, GrowCo certification for postpartum rehabilitation, shockwave therapy, dynamic cupping with infrared laser, SMART Tools instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and Kinesio-Taping/Rock Tape, with additional training in pediatric and infant chiropractic care.
