With over five years of clinical experience and a strong foundation in sports medicine and family chiropractic, she also treats a wide range of spine, joint, and soft-tissue concerns for people of all ages and activity levels, including pediatrics.

Dr. Watson combines gentle chiropractic adjustments with advanced soft-tissue therapies, customized rehabilitation exercises, and shockwave therapy when indicated to restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall wellness. Her goal is to help patients stay active and resilient, whether newly postpartum, navigating hormonal changes in midlife, managing pelvic floor concerns, or addressing ongoing spine and extremity issues.
###Education/Background
Born and raised in Ontario, Dr. Watson earned her Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Kinesiology (Rehabilitation Sciences) from Western University and her Doctor of Chiropractic (Cum Laude) from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During her studies she served as team therapist for Western’s varsity women’s field hockey program, gaining valuable experience in injury prevention and performance optimization.
###Certifications
Her additional certifications include the Webster Technique for prenatal and postpartum care, GrowCo certification for postpartum rehabilitation, shockwave therapy, dynamic cupping with infrared laser, SMART Tools instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, and Kinesio-Taping/Rock Tape, with additional training in pediatric and infant chiropractic care.
