As a Registered Acupuncturist and Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, I combine traditional acupuncture with modern manual therapies to provide personalized care tailored to your unique needs. My treatments may incorporate acupuncture, manual osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and other evidence-informed techniques to help restore balance and optimize your body’s natural ability to heal.
I have a special passion for supporting women’s health, fertility, hormone balance, nervous system regulation, digestive health, chronic stress, pain management, and healthy aging.
