As a Naturopathic Doctor, her focus is in helping individuals optimize their fertility and identify the reasons why there has been reproductive difficulty in the past. Sometimes the reason can be caused by lifestyle factors like stress, poor nutrition, environmental factors or even misunderstanding signs of fertility. Other times it can be due to underlying health issues like hormone imbalances, metabolic disease, digestive issues or autoimmunity.
