If you are a previous patient but it has been over 1 year, this is an appointment to regain an understanding of your concerns and develop a comprehensive plan to help you feel your best! You may also book this appointment if you have significant new concerns and would like time for a more thorough discussion.

For current patients who do not need any in person treatment or exams. We can review your health concerns and any lab/blood work, and fine tune your treatment plan to keep you feeling your best.
